We are pleased to announce that we have expanded the social objective of our family business so that, in addition to P&D Magazine, our Real Estate business line also joins our commitment to supporting causes in the fields of health and education.

SOCIAL OBJECTIVE
To directly benefit causes in the areas of education and health. Organizations must be registered, and their activities must be verifiable through concrete actions. We allocate 20% of our revenue to these causes, with no tax deductions for our own benefit.

PROCEDURE
All individuals involved in a transaction —whether as clients, colleagues, or investors— will receive by email the bank transfer details corresponding to the selected causes within 5 business days after our fees have been received.

We value transparency, and for that reason, the procedures and fees of our business lines, Real Estate and P&D Magazine, are available on our website.

P&D is currently promoted in 19 countries.
We also inform that, starting with the next edition on December 21, 2025, P&D Magazine will be published twice a year: in winter and summer.

By purchasing an annual plan, participating companies will receive an 18% discount on annual advertising.
The reason for this discount is because by participating, companies will contribute to P&D’s Social Objective on an ongoing basis for one year.

P&D’s Social Objective is based on an initiative that transcends borders, political ideas, and religions, because at P&D, we see what unites, not what separates.
